TERMS and CONDITIONS

Dear Customer,

Please read the terms before ordering a commission. If you do order, I automatically assume that you definitely read this page and accepted the terms and conditions.

General Terms

● All commissions are for private/personal use only. I am not currently accepting commercial work.
● Finishing time varies depending on the complexity of your request, my current work load and general life schedule.
● All prices are subject to change, but this page always shows the most current price list.
● Sizes are estimates, might slightly differ for composition purposes. Colours might be slightly different from the final piece due to different monitor colour profiles.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason at my discretion.
I provide a lis of general things I do and do not draw, however I may also decline a commission for reasons not listed below.

Pricing terms

● The pricelist only contains BASE prices. The final quote will depend on the complexity of your piece.

● All prices are in USD and all sizes are in inches.
● There will be an additional cost for any of the following:

additional characters/animal companions
complex character designs/backgrounds
"Come up with an outfit yourself"
detailed props (weapons, wings, etc)
larger sizes (up to 8x11)
Lots of changes in the final state / after the detailed sketch

PAYMENT

● PAYPAL ONLY!
● SKETCH commissions must be payed up front, I only start working once the payment is received.
●FULLY COLOURED commissions can be payed fully up front, or in two part: one hald before the sketch and the other half before inking and colouring.

SHIPPING

● Shipping is NOT Included in the prices. Cost of the postage to the UK: 1.30 USD, internationally 4 USD. Prices increase with larger artworks.
● I ship through first class mail in the UK and International Standard for international orders. If you would like to have tracked shipping for a higher price, please include in the commission form, so I can adjust your quote accordingly.
● I am not responsible for artwork lost or damaged in the mail. These things are completely out of my control. I do my best to make sure my packages are sturdy and clearly marked DO NOT BEND but sometimes mail carriers are just rude and DETERMINED to force something in a mail box. If this is a concern for you, please ask me about insurance!

Once I receive your information, I’ll read through it and get back to you with a price quote and get in touch. Once the quote is accepted,I send you a paypal invoice.

Commission Form

I always confirm that I received your commission form within 7 days. If you do not see any email from me in 1 week, please send your form again.

Price list

● WATERCOLOUR: Fully rendered watercolour painting on 5x7 inch high quality cold press (textured) watercolour paper. Portrait (= collarborne and up) or halfbody (= waist and up). A final detailed sketch will be shown before inking, so you can point out any changed you'd like to make. Payment can be partially made, half up front, half before starting inking and colouring. Maximum 2-3 characters depending of the composition.

● DIGITAL PORTRAIT: Fully rendered digital portrait (= collarbone and up) on an A4 300 dpi canvas. A final detailed sketch will be shown before inking, so you can point out any changed you'd like to make. Proportion and sizes can differ for composition purposes. Maximum 1 character. Floral details, small embellishments are for free.

● DIGITAL SKETCH: Black and white on a 5x7 inch 300 dpi canvas (printing quality). Portrait (= collarborne and up) or halfbody (= waist and up) Proportion and sizes can differ for composition purposes. Maximum 3 characters.

● SIMPLE BACKGROUND (Free): flat colored textures/patterns, things like clouds/simple foliage, minimal scenery
● COMPLEX BACKGROUND: detailed scenery, landscapes, most indoor settings or complicated framework (ie art nouveau, celtic knotwork etc)
